Meet Rodney Anderson – Co-Founder & Veteran Guide

Rodney “Rod” Anderson is a highly respected retired U.S. Army veteran with 32+ years of service (1983–1996, 2002–2023). He completed three combat deployments to the Middle East and two humanitarian missions in Central America, serving as Infantryman, MEDEVAC helicopter Crew Chief, and Operations NCO.

A devoted family man to wife Deb and children Adam, Steven, and Emma, Rod’s passion for fishing fuels his work at Rotors to Reels leading therapeutic fishing trips for disabled veterans in New Hampshire’s waters and Gulf of Maine, veteran-led healing through camaraderie and the outdoors.

Kevin F. Sullivan PHD – Co-Founder

Kevin F. Sullivan PhD is a disabled veteran with combat service in the U.S. Marine Corps, whose chance meeting with founder Rod turned into a lifelong fishing partnership. Out on the peaceful offshore waters one day, they discovered the profound healing power of the sea – inspiring them to co-found Rotors to Reels. Kevin dedicated four years to orchestrating donations and raising awareness for our veterans’ healing programs. Today, he continues serving the veteran community through mental health and readjustment initiatives. A proud father, grandfather, and husband to Cathy, Kevin’s legacy drives our therapeutic fishing trips in the Gulf of Maine, offering hope and support to disabled veterans and wounded warriors.

Meet Capt. Bill Kingston – Chairman, Board of Directors

Captain Bill Kingston brings decades of aviation and maritime leadership to the organization. After six years of active duty in the U.S. Marine Corps, including deployments to the Dominican Republic and Vietnam, he resigned his commission as an aviator and transitioned into the airline industry. Bill went on to retire as a DC-9 Captain after 31 years of commercial aviation. During this time, he developed a deep passion for boating, often cruising to Canada each summer. He holds a U.S. Coast Guard Master’s License for sail and power vessels with a towing endorsement and spent the last 26 years in the maritime industry, advancing his credentials to a 100-ton license.

Meet Mike Fletcher – Chairman of the Board

Mike Fletcher served as a CH-53D Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps in Hawaii from 1994 to 1999. After his active-duty service, he transitioned into maintaining corporate aircraft, continuing his passion for aviation. In 2002, Mike joined the New Hampshire Army National Guard, where he has served as both a Crew Chief and a pilot, flying helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. His distinguished military career includes deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and multiple missions throughout South America. Today, Mike continues to serve and fly with the Guard, demonstrating unwavering dedication, skill, and commitment to his country.

Meet Scott Moreau – Outreach

Scott is a United States Army Veteran and Disabled American Veteran. Scott spent his career in the Army Reserves. He has deployed four times as a Medic. He currently is serving in two leadership roles within the Veterans of Foreign Wars Organization. As Commander of the Lee, NH VFW Post 10676. He also serves with the VFW District 7. Scott has dedicated his life to serving the nation, Veterans, and his community. He previously served for 6 years on the Lee NH fire dept as a Firefighter/EMT. He is a dedicated family man and married to his wife for 26 years and they have 2 boys. He also enjoys working antique shows, his dogs, and has been a regular guest on Rotors to Reels fishing trips and volunteered to crew on trips. He brings deep connections within the Veteran community with the intention of using these connections while serving on the Board of Directors in the Veterans Outreach position.

Meet Justin McCarthy - Director of Funding

Justin McCarthy is a distinguished combat veteran with multiple deployments to the Middle East. During his military career, he served in several demanding roles, including Combat Advisor, Drill Sergeant, and UH-60 Blackhawk Pilot. His extensive leadership experience and operational expertise play a vital role in advancing the organization’s mission. In addition to his military background, Justin is a U.S. Coast Guard–licensed Captain and an accomplished tuna fisherman. He is married and a proud father of two children, balancing his professional dedication with a strong commitment to family life.

Meet Allison Greenough - Chief Financial Officer

Allison Greenough brings a strong analytical and strategic mindset to the organization as Chief Financial Officer. She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Business, providing a solid foundation in both technical precision and financial management. Joining the organization in 2025, Allison serves with pride and purpose, honoring the legacy of her family members who have served the nation. Her dedication reflects both professional excellence and deep personal respect for military service.

Meet Jeff Garand - Board Secretary

Jeff Garand continues to serve the nation as a senior Operations NCO in the U.S. Army. With multiple deployments to the Middle East, Jeff brings operational insight, leadership, and organizational expertise to the Board. An avid outdoorsman, Jeff enjoys spending time in nature and is a proud father of two daughters. His ongoing service and dedication reflect a lifelong commitment to duty and family.

Meet Colin Seeley – Secretary

Colin is a Navy combat veteran with 5 deployments in 5 years of service to the Middle East and Eastern Mediterranean Sea.

He continues to serve in the US Navy Reserves. During active duty, he served on board two Arleigh Burke-Class Destroyers as the Gunnery Officer, Ordnance Officer, and Navigator.

Growing up fishing on the Piscatagua River, he brings local knowledge and enthusiasm as an avid fisherman.

He is currently testing for a USCG 100-Ton Unlimited Master’s License. He is married and a proud father of one son.

Meet Jamie Morse

Jamie Morse is a retired U.S. Army veteran, veteran advocate, nonprofit leader, and entrepreneur who has dedicated much of her professional and volunteer life to leadership, service, and strengthening the organizations and communities around her. Following more than 20 years of military service and leadership experience, Jamie has continued her commitment to serving others through extensive involvement with veteran’s organizations and community initiatives throughout New Hampshire. She currently serves as Department Commander for the Disabled American Veterans (DAV) Department of New Hampshire, where she helps lead statewide efforts focused on advocating for disabled veterans, connecting veterans and their families with benefits and resources, supporting veterans experiencing financial hardship, and strengthening DAV chapters and programs across the state. Jamie is also actively involved in the broader veteran community, including the American Legion and numerous collaborative initiatives supporting New Hamps hire veterans. Her work has included fundraising, community outreach, charitable partnerships, volunteer transportation programs, veteran resource initiatives, public awareness campaigns, and advocacy designed to improve the quality of life for veterans and their families. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple belief: service does not end when the uniform comes off. Building on decades of leadership, organizational management, communications, and community engagement experience, Jamie founded Morse Strategic Media & Marketing LLC, a veteran-owned marketing and strategic communications company based in Goffstown, New Hampshire. The company was created to help nonprofits, veteran service organizations, municipalities, community organizations, and small businesses tell their stories, strengthen their brands, engage their communities, and grow their impact. Through Morse Strategic Media & Marketing, Jamie combines real-world leadership experience with her education in marketing to provide social media management, strategic communications, branding, digital marketing, fundraising campaign support, and marketing consulting. Her approach is particularly focused on mission-driven organizations that may not have large marketing departments but still deserve professional, effective communications. Jamie holds a Master of Science in Marketing and brings more than two decades of leadership and human resources experience to her work. Her military career, nonprofit leadership, veteran advocacy, and business experience give her a unique understanding of how organizations operate—and, more importantly, how effective communication can move people from simply being aware of a mission to becoming part of it. Whether advocating for veterans, supporting a community organization, developing a fundraising campaign, or helping a small organization establish its voice, Jamie approaches each effort with the same principles that have guided her throughout her career: service, integrity, leadership, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference.
