Deborah Anderson has been the steadfast foundation of Rotors to Reels since day one, embodying the spirit of true patriotism and support for our disabled veterans. As our key volunteer organizer, Deb handles everything from running essential errands and crafting outreach mailings to being our most enthusiastic ambassador. With over 20 years of dedicated service in the federal government, she's a lifelong patriot who brings laughter, encouragement, and a fierce competitive edge to every therapeutic fishing adventure on the waters of New England. An avid outdoorswoman, Deb thrives in nature – whether challenging our captains during striper fishing trips or hunting alongside world-renowned outdoorsman Ted Nugent. Her passion fuels our veterans' healing programs, ensuring every outing is filled with camaraderie and hope for wounded warriors.

Adam Anderson is a lifelong angler whose love for fishing spans from the tranquil ponds and lakes of New Hampshire to the vast waters of the Gulf of Maine. As an experienced deck hand, he's a frequent presence on our boats, assisting guests during therapeutic outings for disabled veterans. A former accomplished athlete who played football through high school graduation, Adam now channels his energy into supporting veterans' healing programs while pursuing his career as an apprentice Union Electrician. His hands-on expertise and positive spirit make every fishing therapy session more enjoyable and empowering for our wounded warriors.

Dennis Galimberti, a retired Army veteran with over 20 years of honorable service, joined Rotors to Reels after one of our therapeutic trips ignited his passion to keep serving his fellow heroes. He generously volunteers his time and vessel for near-shore activities, including exciting striper fishing and lobstering adventures in the Gulf of Maine. Alongside his reliable first mate Sean, who brings decades of line-handling knowledge, Dennis ensures our disabled veterans enjoy safe, memorable outings that promote healing and brotherhood. His commitment strengthens our veterans' support nonprofit, turning every wave into a step toward recovery for wounded warriors.

Bryson Desjardins serves as a Blackhawk Crew Chief with a MEDEVAC Unit, bringing his active-duty expertise to Rotors to Reels from the very beginning. A lifelong outdoorsman who thrives on hunting, fishing, and camping, Bryson supports our project development and boat crew efforts, helping organize therapeutic fishing trips for disabled veterans in the Gulf of Maine. His dedication to veterans' healing programs fosters unbreakable bonds and provides essential on-water guidance, making him an invaluable part of our mission to empower wounded warriors through nature's restorative power.
Mike Fletcher - Volunteer
Mike Fletcher

Mike Fletcher served as a CH-53D Crew Chief in the United States Marine Corps in Hawaii from 1994 to 1999. After his active-duty service, he transitioned into maintaining corporate aircraft, continuing his passion for aviation. In 2002, Mike joined the New Hampshire Army National Guard, where he has served as both a Crew Chief and a pilot, flying helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft. His distinguished military career includes deployments to Iraq, Afghanistan, and multiple missions throughout South America. Today, Mike continues to serve and fly with the Guard, demonstrating unwavering dedication, skill, and commitment to his country.
